My experience with the Doctor went phenomenal, I had four extractions done in one go - Recovery smooth -- However my experience with Billing was the complete opposite and suddenly I am expected to pay more out of pocket. Let's begin with the Initial Consultation, over the phone, I was told It would $100 Consultation - When I got to the office, I was offered Self pay $100 or 280+ to go through my insurance and it would apply towards the Deductible. I was made to believe that once the deductible was met, I would be reimbursed the rest for the actual upcoming procedures. Once I got to the office, They stated I needed to get a Panoramic X-RAY - I was advised once claims go through, I would be reimbursed for anything that went over the deductible cost. I paid , Insurance denied because I already had an X-RAY done - So why was I told I needed another x-ray? On top of that, When discussing the estimate, I re-confirmed and asked if this would be reimbursed if deductible was met, I was expecting to get back roughly $1,000 -,$1500 because my Deductible was low and met with a portion of the procedures. Hoboken Oral surgeons what can I say? I had an amazing experience. Dr.Carunchio was so nice. She explained my diagnosis and treatment in detail was super helpful with the entire process and made my experience Seamless. Doc treated my painful tooth and made me feel like family along the way. A special thank you to Angel who not only demonstrated exemplary professionalism, but also made me feel at home, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper paperwork and treatment I needed without hesitation. She answered all my questions and made what would have been a nerve-racking experience anywhere else feel a whole worlds less stress inducing. would highly highly highly recommend this office to anybody seeking dental treatment or oral surgery. Dr. Cappetta and his team were great. I just got 2 of my wisdom teeth out 24 hours ago and I am recovering well. He was very nice and explained everything that was going to happen to me in detail. He made me feel very comfortable. Also, the building AC was out so the rooms were a little stuffy but they gave me a dunkin gift card for the inconvenience. 5 star place.

Excellent doctor. He explained me every thing right away about the procedures and the risks. After reviewing the x-rays it was time for the surgery, the doctor took extra care and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. He was fast and well experienced. Everything went so well and here I am after 4 weeks of total great recovery.

I got 4 wisdom teeth removed. The doctor and staff were all absolutely fantastic and extremely meticulous. I walked out pain free and I’m currently the day after surgery and I’m feeling great! I was able to sleep and eat almost normally. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. They calmed my fears and did an absolutely fantastic job with my tooth removal. Very high tech and high end practice.
